I went there in the summer of 2006.^^ I only went down Takeshita Street, though, since my mom and I were going to a kabuke theatre play later that evening and we were sort of on a rushed schedule since we were only in Japan for one week. D: The main point of that summer was to go around China with my aunt and her family, since they were living there; we went to Japan for a week because I wanted to.^^
Anywho, about Harajuku, the first store I went into was a J-rock/J-celebrity store, full of collector cards and hide toys and even Gackt's jewelry, which was insanely expensive, needless to say, so I didn't buy any of the necklaces or rings they had. T^T But, I did buy a hide cell phone strap - I still have it... I should post a pic of my celly, it's got so many keychains, it's nuts. xDDD~
Then we went into a toy store becuase my little brother wanted to, and they had blythes!!^^ That made me happy.
Then we went to a costume shop. I wanted these awesomely huge platform boots, but my mom said no, thinking I could get them is Hot Topic or something. T.T;; I still don't have platform boots.
Then we went to... I think it was called Doll Teria? It had dollfies and Pullips and more Blythes.^^
We got crepes. <333
Then we went into a clothing store. I saw this adorable outfit, but it was 55000 yen, so my mom said no. T.T
Then it started raining. like, OMG RAIN. D: There was a Claire's,,, >>;; so we got umbrellas there. xD~ then we took shelter in the McDonalds (ewewew), got our stuff together, and took the train out of there. ;-; I was quite sad. But, oh well, hopefully I will get to go back with my friends, and actually spend a decent amount of time there~! Like, go shopping for a week, lol, jk. <333
